I brought my Land Rover to Euro Motors for a second opinion after another shop quoted a lot of work and money, including a major timing chain repair. Justin was incredibly helpful?he got us in quickly, thoroughly inspected the car, and gave us a detailed, transparent breakdown of what was going on. Communication was excellent from start to finish, the turnaround time was fast, and the price was much more reasonable compared to the first shop. Most importantly, we really appreciated their honesty, professionalism, and timeliness. It's hard to find a shop that makes you feel confident in both the work and the people behind it. I'd absolutely recommend Euro Motors if you need work done on your Land Rover.

I highly recommend this repair shop. Honesty and mechanic don't usually go together, but they do in this case. They could have easily done a repair that would have cost me $2000+, but they were very honest about what they found and saved me a ton of money! Justin and his team are the most honest and trustworthy people. That's something that is hard to find these days, especially when it comes to maintenance on cars. I always take our family's cars to them and have been doing so for the last 12 years or more years. Whether it's our Audi, Range Rover or BMW they stand by their work and make time to explain exactly what is happening. They do not just go by codes they do a full diagnostic on the vehicle to locate the issues. There have even been times where I have been out of state and had something go wrong, and Justin is always there to help guide me if something doesn't sound rt or im being overcharged. I brought my 2008 Lotus Elise SC in for a rather big maintenance and they delivered the project right in budget with loads of communications along the way throughout the process. When my 2004 Mercedes-Benz c32 amg broke down on i-95 it was initially towed to a shop in Rocky Mount North Carolina. They were unable to diagnose the problem and recommended that I take it to a Mercedes dealership. I saw Euro motors in Raleigh and saw that it had good reviews after talking to justin, I had the car towed over to his shop on a Friday evening, and left it there until monday, when he looked at it first thing in the morning and I know a fuel pump failure, the part was ordered and shipped overnight and the repair was done by Tuesday afternoon. When I came to pick up the car at 8:00 p.m., fortunately, there was still a team member, by the name of Hunter there who assess a knocking noise in the back, which I suspected was due to being towed twice in two days. He test drove it up and down the street and reassured me that I would be able to make it home to Baltimore without a problem. I later found that an unrelated problem had occurred, namely a right rear sway bar link had gone bad. I was able to make it home safely and have driven it since then. I hope never to have to take my car back to Euro motors, meaning that I hope never to have another breakdown near raleigh. However if you live near raleigh, and have a European car, or an older Mercedes in particular, I highly recommend Euro motors. Communication with Justin was excellent, as well as his team member Hunter who was helpful after hours, and talk directly with Justin when I was ready to leave their premises, and on top of that despite the ordeal of a breakdown on i-95 in a area I was not familiar with, Justin and his team did the most to get me back safely. He also saved me a considerable amount of money compared to a dealership.

I highly recommend Justin and the crew for any service or issues you have with your European or British automobile. They are probably wizards with any make, but are specialists in models from across the pond. Justin performed two auto evaluations for me when shopping for a classic I have wanted for some time. He discovered many issues and when his thorough reports for the two autos were delivered, they had excellent detail on every component and performance of the cars and he delivered expert conclusions: "Do not buy" due to many faults which would have perhaps been missed by most shops and were sadly ignored by the dealer. Reasonable pricing for two budget-saving rescues that were critical to my decision, and clearly explained to me in clear language, easy to understand. His shop was highly recommended by local friends, and rightly so. 10 stars!

i asked a dealer bring their vehicle to justin for a pre purchase inspection & immediately his professionalism was clearly top tier. after my first phone call went to voicemail, justin was quick to go the extra mile to reach out to me via text to let me know they had closed early for weather, and he helped me set up a time for the PPI shortly after. once the PPI was done, he called me personally before reaching out to the dealer to let me know what was wrong with the vehicle and gave me his professional opinion on whether or not i should purchase the vehicle. if you are interested in purchasing a vehicle i strongly strongly strongly recommend bringing it to Euro Motors to have justin take a look at it - he will take care of you!

I met these guys by mistake and it turned out to be one of the best mistakes I've ever made. After a short conversation with Justin about an issue with my Mercedes he pulled my car directly into his garage and aligned the latches on my convertible top so that it closes completely. I was so overjoyed since it had never closed before in all the years that I have owned it. I'm scheduled to go back to my vehicle checked out to see if I need any other things corrected. Sad to say I have never given Euro Motors a review. I have been working with them for probably 8 to 10yrs now in both their old location and the new one on Paula street. Doc, Justin, Richard (and a few other cast of characters over the years) have always been good to work with. They have always stood behind their work (sometimes new parts fail and sometimes errors happen) which is not what I can say for others I have worked with over the years (no one I have previously reviewed). Bottom line is that I would recommend them to anyone to work on probably any car or truck. I appreciate all they have done for me and they will most certainly do good work for you and stand behind it. Just don't get upset at them when your Rover dies a week later.... it's a Rover.

I purchased a Range Rover in NC online without physically looking it over. Was having it driven north. Had the vehicle inspected at Euro Motors before the 600 mile trip. Unfortunately the LR3 needed some repairs before it could safely make the journey. Doc spent a lot of time on the phone with me discussing the issues. The cost actually came in lower than I was originally told...THAT NEVER HAPPENS!!! Great customer service, wish they had a shop up north. Also, the LR3 made the trip no problem!!! Thanks guys

Justin and his team are top notch mechanics. They are very thorough on the evaluation and repairs necessary on your vehicle and they don't replace any parts that are not absolutely crucial to it's operation. They don't take in your car and just throw a bunch of parts and labor at it and hope it fixes the problem. I was informed of all repairs needed and was given a fair and accurate cost before they were made. I felt like they genuinely cared about my car and how happy I was with the work they performed. Highly unusual these days! I can't say enough good things about Euro Motors and how pleased I was with their service department. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a European import vehicle and I feel confident that the repairs will be much less than the dealership!

I purchased a 13 Evoque pure from a local dealer in June. It has had some quirks shocking for a Rover. I had a PIP prior to buying the vehicle and was given a green light. For me it was an upgrade and working in the Great Smokies I need the AWD capabilities of the Evoque . Then boom the Battery goes dead two days later Radiator explodes. Followed by warning lights and power steering failure the next morning. I've had the car for just over a month, when the estimated repairs from JLR was $8,0000 a private shop turned me away and said no,the repairs exceed the trade in value of the car. At this point I'm looking to just sell it or trade . The best offer was $551.00 for the car as is that would be a loss of over $13,000. I took one more chance and contacted Euro Motors spoke to Justin he is the Service Advisor there told him what was going on. Bring it by he said so I did the shop is clean and they all are kind and professional. The car went in they tested it drove it and yes I need a new steering rack. Now here is the best part they will be replacing the rack for a price that I can live with $2,700.00. It hurts when you buy a car from a dealer and when you call and tell them what happened they laugh and hang up. I own the car outright and well with a bit more work Justin and Doc will be my Evoque's Mechanics. Honest, clean,well appointed workshop and a well trained staff. If your vehicle is a Rover this is your place.

Let's face it, Land Rovers are corky cars, and average technicians can not work on them. Euro Motors have specialized technicians on Land Rovers and they managed to fix an issue that another shop couldn't address. Definitely recommend.

I didn't use them this trip because they were booked for a week out...they referred me to their competition. Doc and Justin both know how flipped out I can get about anything going wrong on my 17 year old Range Rover. They never make me feel my concerns are over reactions or being petty which, most of the time they are. I have bought two Range Rovers from them and all service has been done exclusively by them. I think it's a very confident business that refers regular customers away and trusts that they will be back. Which I will be.

FIRST time coming here and for sure WON'T be my last... There is a reason these guys have been in business as long as they have. Unmatched Land Rover/Ranger Rover knowledge paired with exceptional customer service. Justin and the team at Euro Motors went above and beyond to make sure my 2012 RR L322 was ready for a long 3K+ mile road trip. I was able to book a routine service and oil change super last minute before a major holiday. Work was done within a matter of hours and my Rover left their shop fully detailed, looking and driving brand new. I asked Justin several times if a few items outside of the standard checkup needed to be done that day and he confidently reassured me that they could wait after thorough inspection. Not once did they try to sell me on unneeded maintenance or part replacements..."Shocking" right?! I can't recommend these guys enough, I left fully confident that they will keep this Rover and any of my other vehicles running for a long time.

I'm pretty fresh to the Land Rover scene and have been bringing my 01 Discovery to euro motors for a couple months now. While this is my first Land Rover, it is definitely not my first car and I can say that without a doubt, Doc and the guys at euro motors are the most personable and professional people I've ever brought a vehicle to. On top of that their level of expertise is unparalleled in the area, and the quality of their work is incredible. Prices are unbelievably fair and they always get everything done in a timely manner. I am not a social media expert nor an avid reviewer as I prefer to remain private and when I find a place I like, I continue utilizing that business or restaurant etc. because I enjoy great people and service or great food, however Euro Motors is different, this establishment has brought me out of the shadows of not-reviewing and normally I would appreciate having them as my own little diamond in the rough but if I could help just one other person needing a solid, trustworthy mechanics shop by posting publicly well then I'd be satisfied. This is especially critical if you're one of the maniacs that owns and enjoys ridiculous Land Rover products such as myself. Sure, you can go to your uncles cousins friend who worked at a dealer 20yrs ago and does the whole family's brakes on the weekend in the driveway and have your kids or wife in the car daily and never think twice. Or not. And I'm the person who would happily pay more to know it's correct and safe. Thankfully, their prices are amazing and I don't have to pay more! I think the best advantage they might have is the honesty component and this might be undervalued by a potential customer, here's an example, ever heard of the ?if it's not broken don't fix it? saying? This is an incredible benefit of an honest mechanic! Think about it- Do you reaaaaaally know what's wrong? What that noise is? Can it be fixed? Does it NEED to be replaced? Chances are, you need to rely on what the mechanic says as fact. And I can promise you as a ?car guy' with some experience (mostly common sense) that the what, why and when you get from Euro Motors are the facts. Literally an invaluable asset for our depreciating assets. And because I also suffer from the Land Rover disease and the bitter ups and downs associated with that affliction, Euro Motors has not only been truthful, sometimes brutally honest whereby I drive home moping about should I really sell this thing as suggested, but they have also simply done what's right, every time. For reference, I've dealt with Land Rover ?mechanics? from California to New York with over a dozen vehicles and to date nothing has compared to my experience with them. That means a lot to me which is why they've worked on my other vehicles and my family's vehicles and every friend I have in the area Ive recommended to go there. Just because you have car doesn't mean you should work on it too. Let the pros handle your baby or babys and enjoy a worry-free rest until they've completed the job.

There is an overwhelming amount of positive things to say about Euro Motors, aside from a pleasant and respectful staff with a good atmosphere, I personally have enjoyed the benefits of Euro Motors knowledge and experience. Some cars are complicated these days, some of us don't have time do simple things on our cars that we could handle and of course certain repairs or maintenance simply require knowledgeable professionals and this is the place to go for all of those scenarios. When you need a repair or maintenance on your vehicle that you rely on for whatever reason- the peace of mind you have by not worrying about the what if's that happen at other shops is priceless. Speaking of prices, if you like saving money even if you don't have to, receiving better-then dealer services at a better price is a win-win. To be fair- I don't trust ?drive-thru' type oil change places, lots of other people must because they're everywhere so again, personally I prefer to rely on Euro Motor's knowledge and experience and they've serviced and maintained all of my vehicles. European and domestics and it's always been correct and fair. Having a trusted mechanic is worth its weight in gold, if you know then you know. If you don't, take the leap and see for yourself, you won't be disappointed.

These guys are the best friendly professionals. They took care of my 11 year old Audi towards end of its life. When I took my Audi to fix a fuel leak, they called me back saying, there is a factory recall and asked me to get it fixed for free at Audi dealer. How much more professional can they get? Their quote to fix my Tension belt was $300 less than Pep Boys. They advised me to get rid of this aging Audi, which aligned with my thoughts. They are the perfect Car Doctor. Thanks Justin and team. Most of my appointments/drop ins have been spur of the moment and each time my car was serviced in a reasonable amount of time. EuroMotors recently performed the rear end collision repair of our 2014 Porsche Cayman. We were hit by a large commercial van bearing a smile with an arrow. Dealing with a commercial insurance company was a new experience for us. Many thanks to Richard Roberts, owner of EuroMotors, for handling our claim professionally and with diligence. We always felt that he was working on behalf of our best interest and more importantly customer satisfaction was his top priority. Second time I have taken my Mercedes in to be serviced. You call and get an immediate appointment with someone that actually knows about the work, get there...they are ready for you...pick it up when they say it will be ready. It is always ready. The work is done at a fair price. I will never take my car to the "dealership" again. Just give them a try. They will do the work and make it easy on you.

I bought a Honda from Seth at euro motors and I love the car. The guys there are so nice and have been incredible when I got into a car accident, they worked with the insurance company to get it fixed. Richard was very good about keeping in contact during the whole process. I wouldn't have trusted anyone else to take the car after getting hit.

I've had my car serviced there previously and was very happy with the turnaround and outcome. At that time, they had ordered a part for me which wasn't in stock. That appointment was over 2 months ago, but when I went to finally pick up the part today, they knew exactly where it was and for whom. With out fuss, Seth's guys retrieved and installed it and had me on my way in just a few minutes. Please consider this local establishment if you've a European auto in the future

We recently purchased an older LR3 from Euro Motors. Shane and Richard we very professional and answered all my questions as I had a few concerns regarding Land Rover. We spent the day in Raleigh test driving every LR they had on the lot and they were very courteous. There was zero sales pressure and Shane even put the LR up on the lift and went over some details to make me feel more comfortable. We ended purchasing a 2005 LR3 in great condition and the following week my in-laws went back and purchased a VW Jetta we test drove that day as well.

I brought a used car here from a dealership on Capital Boulevard to get a pre-purchase inspection. They squeezed me in on a Saturday, completed the inspection quickly, and the technician who performed the inspection described the issues with the car and advised me not to buy it. They provided a printout with an itemized list of the issues and were friendly and courteous. Great experience.

I have my Mini Cooper serviced here and I love them! After Flow Mini giving me a quote for $3,000 for a repair (where they told me the price of a single part was $1,000 and Euro Motors said they use the exact same OEM part and it would cost me $465 AFTER markup (OEM part on the internet is $425)), I contacted Euro Motors to request a quote on the same parts and labor and didn't tell them how much my other quote was for...... They estimated between $1,200 to $1,400 for the total cost. The downside..... they don't have loaner cars and instead of a 1 day repair time, it took 2 days.... But for $1,800 in savings, for some reason it didn't bother me.

We were coming four hours out of town to buy our car. We had our eye on a particular one and decided it would be worth the trip. It was a risk in case the car wasnt as described but we couldn't have been happier with the service as well as the car. It was a Saturday evening and Kurt was very open to our questions and went out of his way to please us. He made us feel very comfortable with the purchase. They went above and beyond to get the car cosmetically appealing (even re wrapped the steering wheel). Our phone died on the way there and he even provided us with a charger for our way home. It was definitely a pleasant surprise. Ibwoukd recommend this place. These guys are honest and go above expectation.

We had the dreaded check engine light on and we were nearing our inspection due date. I had previously brought our Passat to the dealership for another check engine light related problem and decided to give these guys a shot at fixing the new issue. As with any diagnostic issue, there are no certainties of what the problem is or what the fix could potentially be. Kurt was very communicative about the status of the vehicle as they worked to find the problem. In the end, we were dealt a fair price and a guarantee that all was well. I recommend Euro Motors if you prefer a non dealership experience. I know they care about their customers and take pride in a job well done.

This was my first experience with Euro Motors and I found the staff extremely courteous and knowledgeable. I spoke with Kurt Collins to schedule the 75k service and a discuss couple of minor issues on my Range Rover Sport. He met me in the office when I arrived, he explained the repairs and maintenance as well as price and delivery time. They did the leg work with the claims group to get my warrantied parts covered and completed the project on time and within quoted cost. In addition, Kurt gave me a lift downtown to my office and then picked me up once the work was complete. Each time I have called to ask a question, or schedule a service, they always answered the phone.. no voice mails, or automation which makes the experience much more pleasant. Right now I have a replacement part on order and will be revisiting them once it arrives for installation. I will re-post if my experience changes, but from what I have seen so far, I think I have found a good place to do business.

Excellent experience with these guys. I had service completed by Evan at Euro Motors about two weeks ago. He worked fast, kept me updated with phone calls throughout the day and gave me what I considered a very reasonable price. I mentioned to Evan that my sunroof drains were possibly clogged, he fixed the problem immediately and now numerous things started working on the car, most importantly my radio works now! I am so pleased and I also have no more water collecting in my spare tire compartment. This is a good group of guys and I feel like they would treat anyone who pulled on their lot in a non judgmental fashion. I highly recommend.

My wife and I recently purchased a used vehicle from Euro Motors. It is a Volkswagen Passat TDI, which we had been trying to find at a reasonable price for some time. Our salesman, Kurt, was incredibly helpful, fair, and simplified the buying experience. The pricing was marked near what we expected to pay and not gouged at an unreasonable premium (since inflated prices can be common for the type of vehicle we wanted). Because of the pricing and Kurt's honesty about the vehicle's minor flaws, the usual anxiety of purchasing a vehicle was quickly evaporated. My wife and I are are still very happy with our purchase. In fact, we have continued to bring our car in to Euro Motors, and we now have the experience to vouch for the service staff as well. I highly recommend both the sales and service departments.

I used these guys (Mike) for a pre-purchase inspection on a vehicle I was looking to buy over the internet, which was located in their area. I was a bit nervous about using these guys when they told me that they did alot of work for the dealer. I decided it was still a better option than the much maligned Carchex, so i went ahead and ordered the inspection (for $95). In the end, despite the fact that they derive a significant amount of revenue from the dealer on a regular basis, they were very honest with me about the pros and cons of the vehicle, and gave me the information that I needed to make my decisions without having to take the long trip there. A+, I would highly recommend based on this experience for their honesty and integrity in a difficult position. That isn't all that common in this business, but was great for me so that I didn't overpay for a vehicle.
